I don't want to give away anything from the first book if you need to catch up, but let's just say that part two was HUGELY anticipated for me!
I don't want to talk too much about the story here, because there is just too much you need to find out for yourself. I will tell you that it's full of twists & turns and a depth I hadn't imagined it would have. Raze & Millie are a couple, that by convention, should not be a couple at all. Raze is, by all appearances and judgments, a terrible man who has done nothing except kill and torture people. But for Millie, he finds his humanity. "It's true; I hate mercilessly, I kill expertly, and I rule like a f*ing god. Love, though? Love is something I'm not familiar with. But whatever I feel for Millie, that s*it is untouchable, and I don't even think it's love. I don't think the word love could even scratch the surface for what I feel for her."
In beginning this part of the story, I thought I knew where the characters would end up. Boy, was I wrong. There was so much happening, so much changing, and so much being revealed. The story is FAR from being over and I am now intrigued with even more characters and plot lines. Amo is doing a great job of mucking up my brain!
This story gave me a much brighter picture of love than I imagined. Love cannot be defined easily or simply -- it is different for everyone and every relationship. But to see the depth of feeling within a man like Raze, a man who seems less than human, melted my heart. I can't tell you how many times I found myself highlighting something he said to Millie or some way he tried to express himself. Yes, he keeps secrets, lies, and brutally murders his enemies ... but he is totally a man, THE MAN for Millie.
I have to be honest and say I wasn't the greatest fan of Millie at the beginning. I couldn't understand why she was making choices or why she didn't seem stronger. But what I found in part two is that she was strong, so much stronger than I gave her credit for. She's a little crazy, mind you, but she is holding her own in a life which she should never be able to survive in.
I can't convince you to read this book, but I am definitely recommending it. Be cautious, though, you MUST read part one for this book to make sense. Also, it is a dark world you're entering. You should be certain that this darkness is something you can handle.

Amo Jones, you have officially done it again. In the course of twelve hours, you've managed to flip me, twist me, break me and then mold me back together again. RG Pt 2 was beyond spectacular, it was in the words of Dani O'Malley ' fecking amazing'.
While reading this masterpiece, I giggled like a freak and cried like a weak a$$ biotch. But one thing that stayed constant throughout the entire ride, was my love for the characters living in this world you created. I have read many books in my 28 years of wandering this earth. Some books that only served to pass time barely able to hold my interest, while others were consumed with the fervency of a starving dog, this was one of the latter.
I can't really put into words exactly what it was about this book that completely ensnared me. It could be the epic crazy love Millie Hart has for Raze, or one special character that kind of holds a special place in my heart rising up from the dead. Or it could be the fact that we were given a small taste of the crazy beautiful men behind the masks. Whatever it was was absolutely stellar with just the right amount of twisted thrown in for good measure.
Thank you Amo for once again making my love of reading worth the time I spent devouring the pages of this book. And thank you for not shoving another straight laced love story that has been rinsed and repeated so many times down our throats. You are a twisted little genius is exactly what you are and I look forward to delving inside your mind in the future.
I bow down once again to the epicness that is Amo Jones. I encourage whoever stumbles across her name to take a chance, forget every preconceived notion you have on what is true love and happily-ever- after, you will not be disappointed.
This book robbed me if air, I don't think I breathed until very last page. I was consumed nothing existed outside this book.
If I thought that the first book to this duet had made me cry, nothing prepared me for the second one. I was crying immediately and cheering all through this book.
Amo Jones put every single fear, sadness, hope and dream of a parent and put them on paper and made them real. The best part by far though was the revenge!
Raze trying to figure out his feelings for Millie while still being the BIGGEST JERK was so ugh, I just can't explain how I felt. Millie totally blows my mind. The girl has brass balls. Their relationship consists of a lot of cussing, fighting, blood, and choke til you faint kinky sex! HOT AS HELL!!! And I hope they get to have kids along the way.
Amo Jones has a talent for dark and twisted. Creating a world where feared psychopathic assaains manage to have just enough humanity to make you fall in love with them. I know that sounds ridiculously insane, but it's all true.
I am so HOOKED on Amo Jones! I'm buying all her books just as soon as I can. I've become addicted to her stories. It's one amazing ride from start to finish.
